I really like the subject, sharp texture, contrast, and background. But, the reflection of the flash on the metal draws your eye away from the focal point (which is not well defined) and is a little distracting. Try a different, less harsh light source, and it's perfect. I also might go completely black and white to minimize the reflection of your skin tone. That would also add to the theme. But overall, Great job! :)
