We wish you a merry summer, we wish you a merry summer, we wish you a merry summer, now won't you take down those lights!
Yes, our christmas lights are still up. As are 3 other people's in out neighborhood. The funny thing is, we turned them on when it snowed in april. I'm sure our neighbors liked that :p :P This is a picture I took last night just before I ran downstairs to eat dinner and watch Water Horse the movie. I would recommend it. It was very good.
Moving On...
Update: I got a Pro Flickr account with the money I made from Prom Portraits, and so I'm planning to post a lot to there for now as I figure out the details for my official photography site.

Update Update (Feb 07th 2012): HI! I still check this blog every once in awhile. It's fun to have an archive of my first Project 365 still hanging out on blogspot. Cool.
Anyway, in case anyone is wondering, my web home base is now stevemoraco.com - Simple enough right?

Steve, it's not Christmas, take down the lights.
I, too, have seen lights still wrapped around porch/deck rails and over garages and hanging off roof edges. Yeah, I think it's time to store these away for a few months. The snow in April and May can cause confusion but those poor lights need a break. Nevertheless a very unusual picture for end of May! Your neighbors probably appreciated the humor!
don't feel bad. we had christmas lights up for 8 years.
:P
so is this like the tree you had up 2 years straight?
dude i gotta say this is an awesome picture. i like the lighting... and that wasnt even a pun
