I'm having a lot of fun with light lately. This was an experiment in having a big diffuser off to the side and playing with angles and odd shapes... it was kind fun, but didn't exactly turn out as I had planned. Of course, when does that ever happen with photography?
Moving On...
Update: I got a Pro Flickr account with the money I made from Prom Portraits, and so I'm planning to post a lot to there for now as I figure out the details for my official photography site.
Portfolio's up! But I use flickr mostly now...
So without further delay, here are my two shiney new URL's:

Update Update (Feb 07th 2012): HI! I still check this blog every once in awhile. It's fun to have an archive of my first Project 365 still hanging out on blogspot. Cool.
Anyway, in case anyone is wondering, my web home base is now stevemoraco.com - Simple enough right?

definitely a big fan of this one. its very stark. i like it.
I am...as is the above commentor, a big fan, being that I am a big fan of pool. Pool photography is amazing. I love the chalk, it's so clear and if you look closely, you can see it flaking a bit. That's sweet! Glad to see that you actually are catching up.
Cool angle for the shot. Had it not been for your lighting specifically the reflection in the upper right, this eight-ball itself would have looked sooooo 2 dimensional. Nice rounding out of a more dynamic effect.
