This is what happens when you leave the faucet a little open. It drips... In fact, it took me about 200 drips to finally get this one perfect. They happen fast. REALLY fast, so I was glad i had my handy new Vivitar 285HV off-camera flash! Yes, I have been spending a lot of time messing around with the various things you can do with the flash, especially pictures of my car. I tried to get an "intriguing" picture of my other birthday present, the Dodge Intrepid... but the pictures didn't turn out that well... another try tomorrow night and hopefully things will turn out better. In the mean time, I took this picture on the 20th of June, the day after my flash arrived, hope you like it!
Moving On...
Update: I got a Pro Flickr account with the money I made from Prom Portraits, and so I'm planning to post a lot to there for now as I figure out the details for my official photography site.
Portfolio's up! But I use flickr mostly now...
So without further delay, here are my two shiney new URL's:

Update Update (Feb 07th 2012): HI! I still check this blog every once in awhile. It's fun to have an archive of my first Project 365 still hanging out on blogspot. Cool.
Anyway, in case anyone is wondering, my web home base is now stevemoraco.com - Simple enough right?

this is pretty cool. I hate leaky faucets. When we first moved to our new house, our bathroom faucet leaked. And it was the most annoying thing I've ever heard repetitively. your new flash seems to be working well.
I'm looking forward to your food POTD. :) maybe your pancakes tomorrow morning? Btw, I think you're crazy for getting up at 5 to eat pancakes. No self respecting teenager would get themselves up at such an early hour to indulge in breakfast food, especially not during summer. Just something to think about.
Oh come on Laura!:) Lol- I'm a morning person so I guess that sounds totally normal to me- pancakes are best eaten bright and early. Pure sugar to start the day! Anyways- I love this picture- and I was TOTally thinking of doing that the other day but, you beat me to it. Dang, and you know what's funny? This title seems vaguely familiar...Hmmmmm....;P
200 DRIPS. That's a lot to "sort" through -- this one almost looks hollywood perfect! Great symmetry in this shot and what a giant drop bubble!
